A village in the Tecklenburger Land
Brochterbeck lies in the district of Steinfurt in the north-western Münsterland, nestled between gentle hills and open fields. The village belongs to the municipality of Tecklenburg and is known for its rural calm, its closeness to the Teutoburg Forest and its typically Westphalian character.
What the webcam shows
The camera looks out over the rooftops of Brochterbeck into the expanse of the Münsterland. In good visibility – particularly striking at night – the lights of the city of Münster and of Münster/Osnabrück Airport (FMO) can be seen on the horizon.
